3.1 Unfortunately Zaineb Malik Art does not accept returns or refunds.

3.2 If an order has not been shipped please use our Contact form to request a cancellation.

3.3 Commissioned orders can be canceled before work begins to receive a refund.

3.4 Once work has started, no refunds will be provided.

4. Delivery & Pickup

4.1 Orders will only be delivered or made available for pickup after full payment has been received.

4.2 Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Late Payments

5.1 Failure to submit payment on time may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

6. Damages and Issues

Please note we triple check all products before they leave the warehouse, and therefore we are not liable for any damage that occurs during or after transport. Consequently, all goods physically purchased from Zaineb Malik Art are subject to a general principle of caveat emptor.
